By using SimplRead at simplread.com or the browser extension, you agree to these terms.
The service
SimplRead simplifies articles into reading slides. You provide your own AI API key and pay your chosen provider directly. We are not responsible for third-party AI or news site content.
Your account
Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use SimplRead for unlawful purposes. Do not submit content you do not have the right to process.
Availability
We provide SimplRead as-is. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Liability
SimplRead is a reading aid, not professional advice. We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the past 12 months (SimplRead is free; API costs are between you and your AI provider).
Termination
You may delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
