SimplRead for Android

Simplify articles on your phone. Share a link from another app, paste text, or open your reading history.

The APK has not been built on this server yet. Build it with ./android/build-apk.sh or use the web app in your browser.

Install

Four steps — takes about a minute.

1. Download simplread.apk using the button above.
2. On your phone, open the file from Downloads.
3. If prompted, allow installs from unknown sources for your browser or file manager.
4. Open SimplRead and sign in with the same account as simplread.com.

Share from other apps

From Chrome, news apps, or messaging apps, tap Share and choose SimplRead. Shared text or URLs open in the app ready to simplify.

What you need

• A SimplRead account (free signup on the website)
• SimplRead account — use SimplRead tokens or your own API key in Settings
